The Digital Performance Marketing Specialist role supports the development and implementation of Paid Search & Social Campaigns. This role will be responsible for Digital Campaign Setup, Execution and Campaign Performance Analytics/ Reporting, ensuring the campaign goal objectives are met above and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience working in digital analytics and marketing experience across all paid, owned and earned mediums, key channels such as display, SEM/PPC, SEO, email, social and on-site with a clear focus on leveraging data to drive the business.
  • Providing budget analysis to optimize KPI’s across real-time channels and businesses to maximize
  • ROI of marketing spend, leveraging owned media, targeting and other tactics to drive efficiencies.
  • Overseeing campaign setup, trafficking, QA and timelines with Ubicue best practice
  • Proven experience leveraging digital analytics to drive performance results across real-time channels, including search, display, programmatic and driving performance through digital experiences.
  • Reporting including succinct and accurate results analysis, develop business insight, and package effectively
  • Budget, financial and time management
  • Stay on top of industry trends and all applicable technologies, including developments in – Ad Display, Social media, SEM, SEO, and online consumer behavior.
  • Proven experience running performance marketing campaigns through digital, including display, programmatic, social, and driving performance through digital experiences.
  • Business acumen: strategic thinking, business process development, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proactively research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions based off findings.
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
  • Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important metrics.
  • Business acumen: strategic thinking, business process development, analytical and problem solving skills

Skills & Requirements

  • B Tech (Computer/ IT engineering preferred)
  • 2+ years’ experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Advanced level MS Excel skills (Pivot tables and Vlookups on your finger tips)
  • Passion for Search and internet marketing.
  • Experience with enterprise-class SEO and analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Test & Target, Google Analytics, SEMRush, BrightEdge, SimilarWeb, Google Trends) a plus
  • Experience using a BI tool such as Tableau a plus
  • Experience with Paid Search Platforms like Marin, Kenshoo, DS3, Certification a plus.
  • Experience in SEO, Website development a plus
